For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on our products.
If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will either 1) provide a refund to your account or 2) create a new shipment.
We take pride in quick and inexpensive domestic shipping. We provide this by shipping our orders within 72 hours (this may be longer over weekends or holidays) through UPS and by providing a flat rate shipping cost rather than a cost by weight.
Please also keep in mind that once a package has left our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries once your package has shipped and we are not responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package to be lost, please contact UPS.
Our products are made from natural and naturally derived ingredients. While we do incorporate a few fragrance oils and mica powders into our products, we only use premium fragrance oils and mica powders meant to be in face and body products.
Also, due to the nature of a few of our products such as body balms and body creams, your item may melt or become a harder texture during shipping. If this happens, leave your product out in room temperature for it to return to its original texture.
With that being said, Chiara is not responsible for any reactions to ingredients in our products.
We always recommend testing the product on a small patch of skin before using completely. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
We strive to be as transparent as possible with our items. That means that every product on our website has a complete list of its ingredients.
